This policy describes the processing of personal data by NGP, as a controller, within the scope of their activity.

1. Purpose and personal data collected
Access to and use of the website does not require users to share personal data. However, the use of certain of the website’s feature, such as “Contact Us”, involves the provision of personal data by users, namely name, e-mail, and country.
Such data shall be processed by NGP only for the purpose of managing the contact request and always with the user's consent.

NGP assures that it only resorts to service providers that present the guarantees of execution of technical and organizational measures necessary and adequate to protect users’ personal data.
Users' personal data will be processed exclusively within the European Union.
5. Data retention period
NGP only retain users’ personal data for as long as is necessary for the purpose described (managing the contact request).
